clangerman
with the leftovers from yesterday peas whole carrots onions spuds and thickened up turned out to be a tasty stew bit rich for dumplings but mint from the leftovers gave a nice flavour

amateur
I would cook more venison, if only I could get my hands on some. I have to make do with Abel and Cole's offerings.

If you're ever in Yorkshire give me a shout.... its a crying shame the leap from game dealer venison prices to shop shelf retail prices for venison. @clangerman that stew looks lovely - I've never hat muntjac, but I understand that it's a very tasty meat.
