Is it me or has this country secretly been chosen for a global experiment to see how much and how quickly a government can **** off everyone and ruin the country by filling it with asylum seekers while everyone else watches it implode.

It would appear so wouldn't it, meanwhile hundreds have been arrested for on line speech crime.

And will make Cherie and Starlins left wing lawyer mates shed loads of our hard earned and let in people we know no history of until they kill innocent lives and the people of this country can do nothing as Labour thanks to Rishi has a majority that cannot be opposed in Parliament only at the ballot box if he doesn,t stop anymore local elections or even the next GE

Easy fix guys. Get reform in at the next election and don't forget what both Labour and Conservative have done when they both make new promises they never intend to keep.

:good:

Unfortunately we still have far too many voters who have short memories, and will vote for the party they were indoctrinated to vote for, by their parents and their parents before them.

Local elections maybe, but when it comes to General Election time, the X will go where they have always put it, regardless of the hardship the current (put colour here) government has caused them, because it wasn't the current (put colour here) government's fault, it was the nasty previous (put colour here) government's fault................

and so the cycle continues and the unipaty policies do too.

EThe title of this thread is wrong, it should say

Starmer to give Legal aid lawyers more money to mount endless frivolous appeals.

But the lawyers fees are not the end of it by any means

While the appeal is taking place (average 2-4 years) the person keeps the status of being an asylum seekers so is entitled to full benefits housing etc by law.

I think next time may be different.
