Cranfield
Apart from occasional heavy rain, we have extremely high winds here today. I have measured 62mph on my hand held digital wind speed reader, whilst I accept that this may not be accurate to the nth degree, its a good indication. Being so open down here, it seems to exaggerate the wind and its really howling round the chimney. Fortunately, we live in a low level cottage, so most of it passes over us and leaves our slates on. Hodmedod.one
Blowing a gale here and the sleet is coming down at about a 30 degree angle. Visibility less than 100 yds.

I used to live down there, "where the men are men and the sheep are frightened". Dont miss the winters one little bit, I like a few good trees around me, and not growing at 45deg to the prevailing wind D2D
Highlander
Blowin' a hoolie here. Watching the birds coming into a field of last years rape outside my office window, 6' off the deck and straight in at 100 mph. Tonight's roost shoot should be a lot of fun! Gettin' colder and looks like rain/snow on the way. YES!

Chard
Bit breezy here in Mancsville, but the sun's out now. Heavy rain early this morning, stopped by 8am. Forecast bad at the weekend I believe, should be interesting clay shooting on Saturday
JohnGalway
I don't know what there is to complain about to be honest! Apart from the gales, rain, sleet, occasional snow flurry it's a bloody lovely day here
Highlander
Just been silly enough to open the back door, me, the dogs and the utility room now blasted by a fire hose. If this gets any worse sod the roost shooting tonight I'm staying by the fire!
