pin
FWIW I get my tech news like lee does via RSS etc, however if we are calling into question the validity of such posts.. Well, all I can say is that if we did a "top 100 guff posts" poll, his wouldn't be in it [ some of mine might but hey, I couldn't care] At the end of the day you don't have to read anything everyone says, I certainly don't read everything. BSA Shaun
You should have a sports setting which will compensate for both fast movement via the shutter speed, and extra light via the aperture setting Edited February 7, 2008 by BSA Shaun
Vegeta
If people don't like them, don't bloody read them. Simple Just because a few don't like a certain type of post does that mean we should all have to do without them Bit un-fair no? Speaking in general here by the way, not about this particular post or posters really No one is forcing anyone to read anything they don't want to
ShaggyRS6
You should have a sports setting which will compensate for both fast movement via the shutter speed, and extra light via the aperture setting Yeah I have a shutter priority setting. BSA Shaun
Off the top of the old swede you should have a Shutter Priority, Aperature Priority, Manual, Auto, Program and then the portrait etc settings, but the one I use for fast moving things is the sports setting If I am teaching you to suck eggs feel free to put me in my box

dunganick
It's not very often you get something for nothing, and even when you do you complain. Shaggys' post was of intrest to me, equally posts regarding a range of other topics are of little intrest to me, however their being there does not bother me. I'm not entirely sure why this topic has bothered you Webber, a simple, 'it does nothing for me' would have done. webber
Nick Please note! Shaggy's Weekly Round Up - I was bored on the train and thought I would give a go to writing a weekly round up of mainly tech news, but anything else that tickles my fancy into a weekly news round up. "If no one likes it I wont do it again". And my initial reply was, Shaggy Maybe you were right; best make this your last. So gentlemen, if you dont value or wish to take note of peoples opinions, please dont ask for them in the first place! webber
codling99
I dont wish to become engaged in any disputes, but what always makes me chuckle is that some people feel the need to have an opinion on a post that they dont like or have no interest in. If its a post that i have no interest in, i click the mouse and off i go again to another!, why cause a fuss or a problem where there isnt one?
