AdamC
We use to have hundreds around when I lived in Wraysbury, (just outside Staines). Think that was one of the first areas they started to be noticed in large numbers. Started to notice more and more around the Windsor and Maidenhead area over the last few years. Baldrick
I used to live next to Battersea Park SW11, and the hundreds of American plane trees were chock full of the little green ********. My God they make a racket. Malk, I did read in Shooting Times last year that the population is thought to be over 100,000.

lurcherboy
There is plenty in Thanet, maybe Gav can report on them? I have heard of driven days on orchards but as it's a bit of a gray area shooting wise I would not condone this, or condemn it. Apparently it's done to Jimi Henrix according to the programme the wife is watching right now LB
