Bigbob
We where out on wednesday on the sea wall got 11 and i had a four foot dig and when i got my ferret out my mates was stuck at 6 foot .They just didn't want to bolt and when we gutted them a couple had marble sized young in them . Maybe time to think only tidying up wee bits now and giving the ferrets a rest over the summer .

Ferret Master
The Summers young are now a good size and there is less in the way of breeding going on however rabbits can and do breed all year. FM

henry d
Still at it here, as the farmer wants a good few removed. I`m just getting a few with 3-4 marble sized young inside them and as far as he is concerned it`s 4-5 less to feed on his profits  The NV and rimfire will be dusted off soon ! stubby
the only thing that would stop me, is the lay of the land, rabbits have got like ferral pidgeons, and will breed almost all year round, why give them the chance to multiply, my farmers/permission wouldent be happy with that, its more what the undergrowth is like, open setts and Ill ferret, overgrown banks and I'll think twice
cloudwalker
We stopped about 3 weeks ago. All we were finding was nests and Young ones about 1/4 grown. Will start again late September/ Early October when the bulk of the breeding season is over.
