Dunkield
When is the best time to get them planted up? Even though they came out OK in the end I was a bit slow off the mark last year.
Mungler
I'm doing mine from the end of Jan, indoors under cling film. Ditto, I was too late in getting mine going last year.

leaseone
How do you over winter them? I have trimmed mine and brought inside, how often should they be watered or fed? oh they look dead at the moment
henry d
If they look dead, they are....... I over wintered last year and they looked just like the summer plants, less the flowers/fruit.
markm
Here are my over wintered plants, planted them to late last year and they come to nothing loads of leaves and very small chillis, brought them inside in sept and new foliage is just started to appear this week, had 3 but lost 1 during the cold spell. charliebrown
Most Garden centres sell them now, failing that Ive some santa fe grande, Twighlight and Jalapeno seeds if you want a few of each? Left over from my first foray into chillis last year but I assume they will be fine. PM me if your interested.
