steve_b_wales
The photograph was taken up on one of my permissions in Mid-Glamorgan. To the right of the mountian in the background is the coast and the Bristol Channel. I've got some more sunrise photo's somewhere. I'll have to dig them out. Anyone else got some? Curly87
Awesome photo that! I love sunrises and sunsets, here is one I took in Goa a few days back of a sunset over the sea......... And another i have just found, sunset in Bombay. Took it when coming back from a little boat tour: Edited October 30, 2008 by Curly87
Axe
Fantastic picture, there is definitely something to be said for a good sunrise/set. The camera never seems to capture them entirely though. Heres a few i've tried in or around Brighton.

tulkyuk
Stunning Photos boys But as axe says, they never seem to just capture that moment you are in - you just can't beat being out there and amongst it.
Axe
They're all grand.....the last one to me really signifies all thing english..and summery!!!! Thanks Paul, it was taken late Sept last year at Jack n Jill windmills on the Southdowns just north of Brighton. I did several evenings up there trying to capture them in the glorious evenings sunsets etc. Heres one of the mills taken together as the evening sun starts to set behind me. The mill in the foreground is a working mill, you may notice its facing a different way to the first picture, its offered some great shots. And another from Shoreham this time last year. steve_b_wales
I think it would be a good idea if we could just send in photo's of a sunrise/sunset while we were out shooting etc. The holiday pic's are great but we could end up having too many of them added to this thread. Just my opinion.
steve_b_wales
Another sunrise photo taken from the same farm back last year. Edited October 30, 2008 by steve_b_wales
Axe
These are not holiday pics Steve I live in Brighton. I included the pic of the two mills as I thought Paul might be interested in them. Edited October 30, 2008 by Axe
steve_b_wales
Sorry Axe. My mistake. Sunrise pic's or even sunshine, are rare things here in Wales

If we show them pictures like these ,they might understand our passion for the countryside and all it offers .
