Cranfield
That Turkish walnut pattern looks rather nice. I have never hated a gun enough, to have it covered in camouflage paint.
Devilishdave
I know what you are saying but I saw a Kawasaki z1000 done in it at the Midland and it was verry cool. Dave
darren m
i dont know , i quite like the idea of having a cammo'd dipped semi or pump. no matter how well hidden you think you are , the shine on your barrels etc still shows up, so every little helps when you,ve been siting in the hide for hours. Darren ... ps . on saying that i also love a nice bit of walnut and have got several so something in cammo , will make a bit of a change . Gemini
Just don’t put your gun down and go off for a pee, ‘cos you may not be able to find it again!!!!!! G.M.

Im with Cranfield here ,i guess there a use for it , i just couldnt bare to do it to mine . some think im nuts and stick out like a sore thumb in the field, but by the same token said cammo boys look daft shooting clays wrapped up like a sniper Martin
El Gringo
My US turkey hunters have gone to such camouflage on their shotguns because the bird's have such keen eyesight. While not absolutely necessary, I'm sure there are instances where it would help. El Gringo
Devilishdave
Might consider doing it to a scruffy old nail of a gun but that would be it. Dave
henry d
RARMS What are you doing with a gun in bed ? seriously my Remy is in cammo and I know for a fact it doesn`t shine like my Beretta and it can make all the differance. Cranfield
When shooting turkeys, the hunter is usually clad in full cammo and sitting out in the open with their back to a tree (not in a hide). In that situation a camouflaged gun makes some sense. If you are shooting from a hide , the gun isn't seen by the bird, until you take the shot (if you are careful). donkeymagic
I was never a big fan of realtree dipping untill i saw a photo of one of the members rifles It was a Hornet with just the stock dipped, looked superb. Not sure exactly what pattern it was but it looked smart Think it was Andrew006, he posted a photo on here a while back
pigeon master
I want the price for the walnut, I thought it looked great and when I read through the way they get the pattern on the gun is just fantastic. It's almost painted on because it turns into a liquid form and not like a sticker. Sounds good to me, who's had the guns done and if so whats the walnut pattern like. Does it look as good as in the photos. Cheers The PM

It was a rifle stock, so one piece. Application is sh$t hot, and does look the dogs bolloxs BUT at 150 notes for the service is way too expensive for myself I would guess the all the other patterns are about the same price Jonno Edited January 17, 2005 by jonno
pigeon master
Jonno, cheers for the info, I think when I have a spair 150 around, which is'nt that often I think I'll have to have it done. Looks great and its cheaper than spending the extra thousand on a good wood stock. The PM

swiftshot
Yeah they have messed up the flash on it or simthing. if you right click and press play the site flashes by and then returns to the same screen again before you have chance to look at anything. Mungler
I bet they spent thousands on that website. I gave up - just don't have the patience for all that flash nonsense. Edited May 11, 2006 by Mungler
