Dougy
OK it was me, I booked a few days stalking reds on the West coast, thought I'd take the Beretta and a box of cartridges, got to Dumfries station and popped off for a wee wee, it turned out I needed a number 2. By the time I had done all the soft paper work the train had gone. It's ok I thought I'll ring the station down the line and get them to drop it off. Can't understand why the problem is. I flushed the toilet.

four-wheel-drive
even some armed police have been known to leave there hand guns in the loo when they get caught short and have to go and have a pee in a public loo.

I flushed the toilet. I hope what you did in the toilet, wasn't a reflection of what you thought of Dumfries. The recession hit the place hard, and it's not been the same since - but it's still my hometown. Up the valley, where the line passes me, I will be less than a mile as the crow fly's from the track - but I'm considerably higher!
