What was the longevity of the dimmer now. Just waiting to convert a couple of lamp for people but thought best to ask if the switch/dimmer is still running strong. how much has it been used. ATB Phil.

If second hand then a sako 85, tikka 595 or even a T3, Ziess glass and a pes mod. If its to be a hunting set up then a bipod and sling would come in very handy as would a set of shooting sticks if you cant get down on the deck very easy. New i would look at a Tikka T3, leupold vx3 4-14x50 and MAE mod (MAE took over Pes) if for range use then you could go for a varmint barrle but if you plan and hunting on foot then the lighter T3 would make better sense. we meeting at Neils Dave? i think i'm driving. I was as HPS on Monday picking up wipe-out and accelerator. Cheaper than anywhere else i looked plus loads of info thrown in for free. I just wish they did PPU sp 6.5 as i want to try them rather than reloading.

that will not work. from what i have read it is the bolt that needs to be removed as the nut is welded to trailer. easy way would be to cut bolt of then drill and tap out old thread. buy new turn bolt. cant do that with just a keyboard though. basic tools. good quality penetrating fluid, soak over night. get the plastic off the bolt and clamp mole grips on head, if you can get a second pair on the thread part then go for it. clamp them opposite each other. do not try undoing bolt, whack with head with hammer to shock the bolt and then try doing it up a tiny amount. if it moves then happy days as you should be ale to undo it now. failing all that, give it to the smithy and get him to sort it. save your nails.

Still playing with loads for the Tikka T3 6.5cal I have been loading Hot-core 120gn but the grouping is pants. been told to step up to the 140gr but before i track down the hot-core i was wondering of anyone has/is using the deep-curl. how you getting on with them? will they group better than my shotgunning 120gn hot-core.
