You will be fine with then, they dont kick that hard. the trick is not to pull the gun in to hard to the shoulder or the gun cant recoil properly and you body will take the full brunt. hold a little lose and grit your teeth so your cheekbone sits ring on the stock, this will also help. If you stress over then then that will bite. you need to be loose with them. we all look farward to hearing and seeing your pattern plates.

Best camera would be the watec 902h 1/2 but there around £100 each and then you need the lens. Im going to try the 600 TVL sony 1/3 ccd hd with 9-12 manual focus lens. dealextreme for camera board security cam2000 for lens eblay for 4.3 tft eblag for lipo battery. i will make the IR out of old mag light. all the rest i will make up as i go along. Bit late as your banded but anyway... Scope mounted 170 LF has an inline on/off switch. the box the led dimmer comes in is massive. i bought a smaller box from maplins and the silent switch. now this is on the fly lead to stick to rifle side. my handheld LF i have just wired the dimmer and shoved in handle once wrapped up in a plastic bag and my own scope mounted LF has now a fly wire dimmer but from clulite as it works with 100w bulb with no ill effect.

Just knocked up a new batch of venison burgers and had a little pork mince left over so i thought about pigeon burgers. I hate pigeon so forget the burgers. I thought i would try pigeon sausages. made a few differant patties to stat with so i could find one i sort of liked. I ended up with Pigeon and lemongrass. in all truth they are very nice. Only made a few to try and if they go down well with the rest of the family i will knock up a few hundred and freeze them for the winter months. for the few i did, 12 28mm sausages i used 9 squab pigeon breasted and minced. i took the sinu(sp) out before mincing. this gave 1000g of pigeon mince. 1000g pigeon 300g pork mince 200g ice water 50g of gluten free bread crumb 1tablespoon or mixed dried herds 1tablespoon ground Lemon grass 1teaspoon of salt 1teaspoon pepper. mix all but the water and then put in chiller over night. add ice water and then mix. put into casings. its that easy, i use a lidl mincer and bought a sausage funnel from the bay. next time i will add 1/2 teaspoon more of salt and maybe a little more lemon grass or some lemon juice Just a few to taste. for venison burgers i take Venison is 17lb on venison mince 4lb pork mince. 8oz gluten free mace seasoning big hand full for parsley 2 big pots of cheap mixed herbs good handfull of ground dried chilli flakes Mix good and then mix more. you will have pockets of powder if not mixed good and proper. 4" burger discs and the press came from the kitchen shop I find the a half US cup works out as 1/4 pond burger the tray is from ikea and just fits in the chiller to catch any bits the drip from the carcass but it also makes mixing easier. i have a few of the trays. hope i havent waffled to much and it would be good to see what you all add to pigeon sausages. game dealer will not take squabs so need a use for them.lol. thanks for looking ATB Phil

IICR. NJC has had a rifle in his cabinet, that he then sold and informed Glos that he had sold. They had no record of the rifle as they thought is was still in Canada. He sent his ticket in for a one4one and it cam back with 243 ammo still on but no 243 rifle. sent it back and on return it came back with conditions dropped on a couple of rifles, one with no conditions at all sent back again and asked for one 4one on 22 hornet to 17 hornet, ticket came back with new rifle on but no 17 ammo. 22 rifle taken off but 22 ammo still on. This is the reason i will not send mine in to try and get the condition lifted on the 6.5x55. I might end up a tank on the ticket and 50cal ammo. but only after waiting for 6 months for the variation. sorry NJC if i have missed something. ATB Phil.

hello R Forget the 100watt bulb, the lamp dimmer will scream at you. been there, done that. I have wired one into the handle of the lightforce but i had to put a 75 watt bulb in. all neat and tidy and still going strong. I made one for a friend's scope mount as well but took no pic's maybe he can put one up. i replaced the case and added an on/off switch. ATB Phil.
