A mate had a similar issue with an e bay item that he sold which the seller returned to him for a refund. The item was not returned, instead he had a box of tarmac returned to him ( buy the buyer ) via RMSD and e bay automatically paid the buyer out for a refund. After a nightmare which included him getting an incident number from the police, all was resolved some 4 months later by e bay.

Paramo for general stuff and on formal days Laksen, these are my choice. The old story applies " you get what you pay for ", but at over £350 new for a Paramo and £450 new for a new Laksen, I expect as certain standard. As for military stuff my " well informed pal " says it made to a standard and a price, so decide for yourself !
