Horay,a building related question. Having read all the above,if you only need ground floor extension you do not need full plans, you could do on building notice and as long as you have a builder that your local authority know you shouldnt have a problem with compliance with bdg regs, talk to the council and see what standard they are after,i have always drawn my own plans both hand draughted and cad,it is easy if you have knowledge of construction details, materials, you could also try 'GOOGLE SKETCH UP',free to download and is easy to use it will also turn your drawings into 3d . I am not sure, but i think you will have to look at energy saving to existing dwelling,a good place to look for drawings is robust details, this beats bld regs standard so you cant go wrong. If you are getting a builder, get at least three quotes and make sure they are registered with a proffesional body ,such as THE FEDERATION OF MASTER BUILDERS,if you look on their website it will list builders in your area. what to zero a air rifle into
vampire replied to xX Hunter UK Xx's topic in General Shooting Matters
HI and welcome,35 yrds is the standard distance to zero your rifle and is most usefull for most shots before getting into hold over/under,or you could zero at the distance you mostly shoot by putting cards out in the field. Karl -

Had exactly the same in a collection i bought,it was in old condition had a lot of play and barrels were pitted therefore dangerous, took it to two seperate local gun dealers who both said to put in auction £11.50 and you might just get your money back, even offered to swap it for box of cartridges which they werent interested in,so i dobbed it in to feo who said it not worth anything and that they have hundreds of them handed in,such a shame cause it was such a cute tiny little gun of no weight. Have since seen these sell for over £50.

Keep going with training, whatever you do make sure you are consistant and keep calm with her. DONT leave the house unless you go out the door first. If/when she pulls on the lead TURN right or back from where you just came,so she cant lead, better still do it BEFORE she pulls. Have lead in left hand and walk her so you on curb side Keep a slack lead Praise her every time she in heal, and only when, and at no other time or she will get confused More praise Do not tell her off, just change direction Reward Let her sniff in the area you want her to use loo, otherwise,NO sniffing, your the boss not her,its your walk Forget she is on lead and just go on your walk, dont speak to her, turn and change direction so she not second quessing you Rub some gravy on your left lower leg Put something tasty/toy on rope and offer when at heal Swift (NOT HARD)tap on the butt when she THINKS about pulling Dont be embarressed, dont let her get away with anything,or your storing up trouble And just be thankful you aint got a big german sheperd male, that was allowed to pull when a pup and is now 5 yrs old and just coming good, other than that and barking in the car,the wife can do anything with him, sit, wait, stay, down, retreive to heal, walk to heal off lead etc etc.Dog training two years £10 a week £1000
