Hang on .. I have bought 2 sub 3K defenders . First one cost me nowt in running costs . Then some scumbag had it away . second one i am still running and so far in a year and has had . Rear axle one of the stays rotted off , could have welded it up but fancyed disks on the back anyway . £80 Universal joint in the prop shaft £15 Head gasket and manifold gasket , no need for skimming head as the head did not boil and no loss of water or oil . £42 Wiper stalk broke £14 I'm not saying that i would buy another sub 3k one but the two i have owned , have been great . HHHHMMMMM Stress . Lets see , yup , i for one know about the effects of stress . I posted on here about some very unfortunate effects of stress that i have had to deal with . I for one will never mock anybody who has , for want of a better term "mental issues." It turned my "personna" 180 degrees , for the worst . I am coming to terms with the pressure/stress call it what you like . Hopefully i now have a "grip" on my problems and will get everything sorted in the near future .
