Went in this evening. At least 10% off everything with upto 30% off certain goods. People were buying bags full. I noted that they had even reduced the new 4g iPad ( the new new one) by 10% making it £359. Sale only started this afternoon.

Oil and they look as good as new. Take them out and wipe over every time and just a thin film before popping back in again. V

The Police do have the power to seize your guns but you will get them back. They have to satisfy themselves that you are safe to have them back and a report will be sent to your firearms licensing officer. I wouldn't worry as you clearly haven't done any thing wrong and you haven't made any threats etc. Give it a couple of weeks and then ring the licensing officer asking when you can have them back. Yep.... Quite simply the most annoying, aggravating, ear bleedingly awfull advert ever... I think it actually has an opposite effect in that I would never buy anything from them as long as I live..... It is that bad that I always turn channels over when it comes on.. V

I am truly sorry to read about your wife and her fight to return to work. I despise the low life scum bags who choose to lounge about all day drinking white lightening or lambrini and have never had a job in their lives. Some have never even thought about working and see it as a taboo subject which gets in the way of their busy day of doing **** all !! These people are a burden to society... They put nothing in but take out more than an entire community of decent hard working people leaving little for those that truly need and deserve it. I could go on for many pages ......... V

I was chatting with a manager at a MacDonalds restaurant In the Midlands some time ago and he was desperately after recruiting approximately 50 staff. Apparently they struggle to recruit decent people as so many only work part time or leave after finding better jobs. May be worth asking at your local as its better than nothing. I am in a similar position I have just ordered my wife a new little run around from drive the deal and the dealer will not take her 2004 punto in part x. The we buy any car online quote given for the Punto is a mere £750 out of which there is apparently a nearly £50 admin fee. I have also heard that when it is booked in for them to view it their target is to reduce that by a further 25% !!! Seems it would be worth a go eBay ?? V

+1 for the CCL conditioning oil. When I contacted Beretta about the problem they explained that they also use CCL on new stocks and advised to finish it with a hard bees wax. So far I've only applied 4 or 5 coats of CCL and haven't had any further problems. V

Yep... Now you mention it I also had an issue with the stock in that after shooting in the rain it went spotty. A very light tub down and re coating with walnut oil sorted the problem but Beretta asked for me to send it back as it shouldn't have happened. I never bothered as it would mean being without the gun for several weeks. Other than that it has been perfect !!

I believe you are spot on. My son jamlad on here has had his own certificate since he was 12th birthday and has his own shotgun which is listed on my certificate. The advantages you list are spot on and allows him to take a shotgun with my permission to the clay ground when I am at work as long as he is in company of my wife or another adult. More importantly it does help children to keep out of trouble as they know the consequences of loosing the certificate. It also shows that you trust them and feel like you are treating them like an adult. Well worth £50 in my book. V

I've got the Silver Pigeon sporter which I got at the beginning of last year and can definitely say that it is a pleasure to shoot. I don't think you'll go far wrong with it. V

I was Pleased with my purchase and believe you would be hard pushed to get anything better for your money. Nice quality pictures although the camera is not cheap but has a good feel. Are Panasonic still doing the cash back offer?? V

Panasonic tz30. Bought one for my sons trips abroad and the results are brill. Believe Panasonic may still be going a £30 cash back offer. Reviews are brilliant and probably the best compact about for the price. V

Morning Dave, A £10 top up will pretty much last forever but I would send an odd text or make a call at least every 6 months so the sim remains active. After you have topped up you will get free Giffgaff to Giffgaff calls and texts for 3 months. All other calls will be charged along with the data as you mentioned. The other alternative would be to transfer the £10 credit to what they call a Goodybag which gives the added bonus of 250 any network minutes and unlimited data. This only lasts for 1 month though. If you have not got a sim card let me know and I will pop one in the post as it will give us both £5 free credit when you first top up. V
