  1. Unfortunatley this sort of thing is happening more and more and this and the ******g dog walkers who think they can go where they like will be the death of shooting as we know it mark my words!
  2. Sounds like pheasant plenty about now and crows will often take them to one place to eat them so you get lots in one place.
  3. George why not pack 250 cartridges loose in the outer container to cut the cost and as for the printing on the cartridge just put proper cartridge 32gram fibre 6 or whatever the load is, fancy boxes and cartridges never killed anything better and stick to 28,30,and 32 gram 5 ,6 or 7 shot these will kill anything from a mini clay to a high pheasant and make lots of them
  4. George are you delivering to The Hunting Lodge at East Peckham. if so could you give Shaun a few for me to try I realy do rate your 32gram 6 shot with plastic wads and use them most of the time but do have some places where they insist on fibre.
  5. use a rifle even a decent air rifle will do the job providing you are close enough and as far as I know they have not got around to banning lead through them yet, but no doubt they will.
  6. Thats what I was thinking we are plagued with Badgers and hardly ever see a hedgehog.

  12. Sorry to hear your news it never gets easier even at my time of life and several dogs gone each one is missed. Twisted gut would be my guess as Tomo suggested.
  13. Thanks islandgun looks like its rats definatley not ducks as shells are tucked up in heaps under thick brambles best get the rat bait out.
  14. As title says what is eating the fresh water mussels out of our lake there are large amounts of shells stacked up under the brambles on the waters edge all around the lake and out on the island. We have not seen any signs of otters and there are no near rivers ,do mink or rats dive down for them have not seen any mink but rats are always about, the lake is in Kent.
