Hello, i do like these sort of Posts, in my time of working in the Building Trade about 20 years on old Property i found a few things hidden away , The last one was a late 16 th Century house where i had to take up some floor boards around the old fire place, the boards were replaced about 100 years before, i found a few chemist bottles, old copper coins and a complete clay pipe , now all kept by the owner, another old house was a mystery , just a few coins in a old leather purse, but the top room was a mystery, it was only locked from the outside🤔

Hello, Anyone see this on Todays news ??, it is bad enough paying millions a day to house illegal boat immigrants , Should we have more strict controls on who we let in to our country or is it not ours any more ?? Not forgetting the cost to house them in Prison, i would deport them back to Bulgaria and let them rot in prison there, ??

Vulpine Mk 3 NV (Luminous Lumens)
oldypigeonpopper replied to steve_b_wales's topic in Guns & Equipment
Hello, My last torch off Andy was purchased because the farm was getting night hawkers on the top 100 plus acre field by a main road, this goes up to 800 yards and caught a few out who scarpered quicker than a jack rabbit -
Hello, if your casting weights of 4 ounce or more you going to need some shock leader joined to your main line, about 20 ft long, i have watched people beach fishing with heavy weights and casting with no shock leader and get snagged on the reel and whoops snap and line and weight gone, 2 ounce should be ok if you have about 15llb main line, most of my beach fishing was using spiked leads but i did use rounders when rolling bait in the tide, if you watched the news today some beaches i fished like Hayling, Bracklesham , Bognor, Selsey had some very strong wind and high tides , give it a few days to settle then it is good time to fish
