I think the latest saver for young males is to say I am LBGT.

I have been left a family members house. Which I would like to move into. My own home is in need of complete modernisation and can't see it being an easy sell and want to avoid situations where people say they will buy only to change their mind. I haven't looked into auctions seriously as yet, just wondering about the pros and cons. Thanks for any information.

I have spent many hours in bird hides and you get to know people. Sometimes with little going on, equipment would be swapped or handed out to try. I have some bins Nikon purchased about eight years ago for £699. I could see a very slight improvement with top end equipment but no where near enough to justify the extra money. If I was buying again. I wouldn't spend more than £300.

NHS community staff using their own vehicles are worse off by the day. I think I am correct in saying we get 60p a mile for the first 3.5 thousand. It then drops to public transport rate 20p a mile .This is over a twelve month period. Some of my colleagues average 800, work miles per month, so the 60p a mile is gone very quickly.

He had a good opportunity to get a lot of people back on side with all of the knock on effects of fuel prices and blew it. As said 5p doesn't really do anything and if it continues to rise it quickly becomes meaningless.
