  1. Hi Milo, Thats correct there were a few pairs of WP at the time I purchased these, these were the most original of them all, I have since gone and got the original paper work and receipt of sale... So original guns, in the original oak and leather case with the original paperwork... Im happy and I am sure you would be too.. All the best Terry
  2. Hi Milo, I've had this pair near 6 month (bought pre game season) no mechanical issues what so ever, they have not missed a beat ..its only me that misses ..... plenty of shots in quick succession and never a problem... just delight and a smile from ear to ear ... you can't beat heritage... ATB Terry
  3. Hi Milo I have a matched Pair of William Powell's (english made not the Spanish versions others are referring to) and they handle superb you can tell quality when you feel it. Whilst I agree that Spanish sxs are very good guns and some are well made, nothing feels as good to me as an english best quality side lock. Plus very few other guns are an asset in your cabinet increasing in price.. not that you should ever buy to sell. Sure all guns are tools but you will love owning an english if you do not already...below is a pic of my pair ATB Terry

  9. Not yet although I am considering one as it looks a good piece of kit, just want to know about battery life and warranty.. If the response to my email is good I will let you know how I get on with it. I would also be interested to hear of anyone using one before I order mine :-) Thanks Terry
  10. Very nice shooting, very nice flight lines you have selected ... you certainly know your ground. ATB Terry
  11. What can i say... Went to look at the little Rav4 and what a Gem, a minger it may be but it will serve its purpose and for that money you cannot argue.. Trevor is a top bloke who even put himself out to get the spare tyre repaired before I set of on the journey back with the Rav,, Thank you Trev it was a pleasure to meet you.. the little motor was fine ATB Terry

  14. Hi, any pictures ? is it 5 door ? atb Terry
  15. As above, make every effort to collect all birds shot on foot or with a dog,,, just be as carful as possible. atb Terry
  16. I have these, they do work well for me, the noise is not a problem as i do not have a magnet close to my hide? I will always use dead birds if I feel the need to change etc as said pigeons are unpredictable and you have to keep changing until something works.. and then as soon as that stops change again ! lol good luck
  17. Without doubt the best option for the work described would be an English Springer Spaniel, retrieves great, big enough for any quarry and when experienced any marsh.. they also work cover superbly.. Steadier than a cocker but not as steady as a lab... GOOD LUCK its a hard decision but whichever way you go I am sure you will enjoy shooting with your new companion.. atb Terry
  18. Hi Den, I also had these, wasn't overly impressed with them although they did pull a few pigeons in... but for me not really robust enough.(the body is ok although I snapped the eyes of the bottom.. the wings on the other hand..) I get good results with the air pro's I had heard mixed reviews ... but for me they have worked well and no fiddling trying to straighten paper wings.. just change the turn bolts to stop the plastic spinning.. nothing beats a fresh bird :-) see you soon Terry
  19. They look great, just what I need atb Terry
  20. 13 Shotguns 7 Rifles 1 Pistol for humane dispatch
  21. Correct - the best coaches are not always the best shots,, its about understanding /identifying and communicating to client so that they can improve. some are very good at this others not so. atb Terry
  22. Its hard going at this time of year, and yes it can change in an instant ! atb Terry
