    Yeah the Howa 1500 in 223 comes in both short and mini, so it would depend on the action of the rifle as to whether it fits or not. 308 is short action.

    Don't quote me on this, but I believe the 223 and 308 are both short action. So should be compatible. Check on their website Edit - Just had a look on the importer's website, seems you can get 223 in short and mini actions.

    It's why manifestos need to be legally binding, any deviations need to be via referendum/another election. They need to be held accountable for their lies.

    Someone (can't remeber who) did suggest once that there should be a tiered system for drawing of state pensions, depending on you job, with those doing physical labour drawing earlier than those in offices. It didn't get far
