  1. Ive got one in nickle, brought it new last September time and love it. Had quite a few compliments on the way it looks especially for the price. In fact I like it that much I brought a rough a303 just so I didn't have to take it out in the rain any more ?
  2. For the monsters out in the sticks lol Yeah I was pretty happy with that, what's best to use, a wet yellow pages? I'm struggling on sizes as all the local rfd's either don't stock 9mm's at all or all they have is RWS 10's. As I'm at home in the snow I'm gonna load some 6's and 5's lead see how they pattern.
  3. This was the pattern at a generous 10 metres, 21 out of 26 seems like a decent pigeon stopper.
  4. Snow drops would be rather fitting?
  5. Just managed to pack 26 steel 3's in by hand. Trying my hardest to get a double or semi but they don't seem to be out there, I missed out on the one Bosher was selling.
  6. Yeah I've got to keep it legal, wouldn't take the chance. The other bloke who shoots on site uses a sub 12 pre charge, we both get similar bags but truth be told I just love the garden gun + my cart costs are covered.
  7. Thanks for the link, that's alot cheaper than what I'm paying per box now but I think 250 would last a lifetime lol. The gun is only used indoors at 10 yards or less and then it's always rifle shot, the gun is a bit light for ferals on the wing. Just trying to make the hardest hitting cart possible.
  8. I'd read somewhere about emptying the shot refilling and coving with a smear of silicon, that's the lines I was thinking along.
  9. Has anyone got any experience homeloading/ refilling the brass carts? All I can find locally are no.10 double charge RWS's and I'd like something heavier, I have got a load of steel 3's but not sure if they would be too big. Any ideas welcome. Thanks all.
  10. Brilliant thank you, and yeah I know, think if I can find what I'm after I don't mind the drive, I'll tell the misses we're having a weekend away ?
  11. I think it was more to do with general build more than anything, parts being stamped rather than machined from a block, something along those lines
  12. ATA 30" sporter only set me back £595 and I can't fault it at all, the shooting times review on that was alot better than the KOFS too.
  13. There was a stall at the show this weekend, they were doing people's glasses etc, did look pretty good. can't remember the name right now but I can check the magazine when I'm home un less someons on here has got a better memory than me lol.
  14. Breathing through the mouth was a must ?
  15. Looking for either a sxs or o/u 9mm garden gun, not fussed on make as long as price and condition are sensible.
  16. Can't fault it so far, just stopped for lunch. Slightly disappointed to have missed out on a double barrel 9mm but there you go lol.
  17. There's more than a few smelly ones walking around the show today......
  18. Bit late not to go for us now, already in an air bnb on the other side of the city lol. Still looking forward to going and having a wander round.
  19. Thank you, and yeah just outside Hadleigh, yourself?
  20. I did look online after we had been but the only one I could find was in the states, wasn't a massive amount of info that could find online either. Good luck in your search if you have any joy let me know.
  21. Have you been to the Ipswich museum? They've got a beautiful one on display in there, unfortunately not for sale but definitely worth a look, id quite like to take it home myself
  22. I heard on radio 2 earlier there is an estimated 150,000 'urban' foxes now, how can they honestly not look at that number and not think the numbers are out of control. Dread to think what went through that poor babes mind when it happened While you've got idiots who are going to willingly feed them, we'll always be fighting a loosing battle
