  1. I can't imagine anyone ever needing or wanting to shoot a Robin? I love watching them.
  2. Isn't it as simple as backing up old phone to itunes then when you connect new phone it asks you either set up as new phone or back up from existing account.
  3. Good luck with the project, Are there really any landowners struggling to find shooters? I doubt there are many?
  4. I'd defo take the advice of not selling up. Unless you desperately need the money just stow it away, it would be gutting if in a few years you wanted to go back to shooting and have to buy it all again.
  5. I've only just come back to the forum since my original post. I was referring to the pigeon shooting side of things. Nothing else.
  6. Dare I say it here. It's a pretty disgraceful way of shooting in my opinion.
  7. Good advice is don't worry about cost or waiting lists. If you go for the cheap option that you can get done straight away, you'll most likely end up having to pay more and wait to have a decent artist put it right. Go to the best artist in your area, or out of your area. If its a 6 month wait then wait, it's gonna be there a long time so get it done right first time.
  8. No room for veggies here. My other half and I are just staring at this picture and salivating hahaha!!! I think it's time to put dinner on!!!!
  9. Live for now not when you're old and wrinkly. Get covered!!!
  10. I think if you accidentally shot someone in the head you'd want to have decent insurance!!! Medical bills possibly full time care and compensation. Not something I'm planning on doing but I feel safer It's there should the absolute worst case scenario happen.
  11. I was going to suggest one of the sleep apps you get on phones. There's one actually called white noise that is really good worth paying for. It has a variety of sounds like rain, waves ect as well as white noise. Best of luck. http://www.tmsoft.com/iphone-whitenoise.html
  12. Ramsbottom, If they stock what you want it will arrive quickly, without fuss and at a great price. I seldom use anyone else.
  13. I waited months but this was moving from Surrey to Sussex.
  14. What are those wireless Yale alarms like? They sell them in homebase, worth getting as a basic deterrent or rubbish?
  15. In a fancy restaurant toilet in London and I was pretty drunk. Seen a bloke walking towards me so I've side stepped once, he followed, side stepped twice, he followed again. Looked up and laughed while acknowledging the synchronisation and bang! I walked into a mirror! I was trying to side step my own reflection haha. What a bell!
  16. No foxes were harmed in the making of this video.
  17. This really grips my ****. Have you been a clumsy tool? Have you tripped over packaging material you should have seen and avoided? Then call us and be rewarded £5000 for your stupidity!!!!!
  18. Funnily enough I bought a cheapo one from Ikea a couple of weeks before this one came up so that idea is do able. I'll prob give that a coat of oil and put that on top of it!!
  19. Okay I'm thinking outside the box here a little. I'm popping the question next month and I wanted something a little different and unique. She loves the outdoors and all things natural so after a little searching I found these guys in the states. http://www.bentwoodrings.com/ They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and everything is made to measure. They got the ring to me in a few weeks (wavy zebra wood) and its beautiful. I'm not suggesting it will outlast titanium ect but I think it's a great idea and something that by all accounts will last if cared for.
  20. Possibly? Obviously it'll depend on the land. It'll be almost certain they'd want shots taken from a high seat though.
  21. Thanks Colin the advice is appreciated. I'm yet to have a look but is there a decent basic butchery course available? Or is it something you can just learn over time yourself? I'd hate to spend out money on a decent piece of meat and then literally butcher the butchery!!!
  22. Nice cock though haha!!! Really great looking block that!! I actually have an old tree stump in the garden I chop things on but that's good advice re the piece of ash or oak. This stuff looks really good http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Chopping-Board-Butchers-Block-Lotion-Mineral-Oil-/130612773087?pt=UK_Kitchen_Accessories&hash=item1e6920c0df
  23. Thanks mate, I know it's small but all I'm going to be doing is chopping up rabbits and veggies ect on it, not cleaving a cow in half with a barbarian axe!!! Thanks for the advice
  24. It's illegal mate. So you want to show support to a group that are breaking the law? I won't be.
