I've just ordered a chicken madras and mushroom rice, then stumbled across the topic. How strange! Kabab is good. A good kabab is very nice. It's got nothing on a curry though. I see kababs as after pub or maybe a hurried snack type food. For a real sit down in front of the telly meal it has to be curry, and a warm one too. Phal is brutal though, I can only eat them if I'm not working the next day.
