I'm surprised the boys from south of the border haven't asked for a translation of your description of the amount on snow that fell after you shot the fox <_<

Good shooting and a nice bit of dog work

"Fair suppy sna" Queens english at its finest.

Thanks all,if Rab could read your comments he would be blushing. :good:

Great to watch,

I wish I had video'd my springer picking up a pheasant on saturday. A good 3-400 yards and straight to where the bird dropped. A little hunt about and back it came.

It is a real pleasure to watch good dogs work.

A good dog makes a good day into an exceptainal one when they are performing right.A 3-400 yard pick up would have been outstanding on the video and i try to take mine as much as possible for them special moments.

  • 2 weeks later...

A first class retrieve from an obviously well trained dog.

Made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up though when Rab went through the barbed wire. A dog of mine was cut badly a while back on the stuff, so now I won't send them through it unless it's absolutely crucial.

None the less, lovely to watch. Thanks for posting.
