Mr_Logic
I gotta say I don't get silly money guns. I can understand if they're displayed as they can be art, but given regs now they end up hidden away. When you're using it who cares about wood so long as the balance and handling are right - just so long as the gun shoots!
955i
I'd rather spend a grand on the gun and the other 17 on some land of my own to use it on

casts_by_fly
I'd rather spend a grand on the gun and the other 17 on some land of my own to use it on If you had as much money as you'd need to spend that amount on a gun, you'd already own enough land to use it on. thanks rick
shaun4860
money is relative.......£18000 would be a great amount to most of us but to someone who has millions is a small percentage..... shaun

Colster
My Ugartechea cost £75, put cartridges in, pull trigger, big bang, thing fall down dead. Don't need my shotgun to win beauty prizes, just go bang and kill things. Mind you there is a LOT of snobbery when it comes to shotguns, so I can see people wanting to have the most expensive gun at the club but for me it seems pointless. Don't get me wrong, I like to have nice things (cars, clothes etc) but that doesn't extend to shotguns for me.
gwb
was at Holland and Holland the other week and they have some beautiful guns well over the 18k mark if i had the money would i spend 18000 grand on a shotgun, yes I would, I love shotguns, the wood, the engraving the mechanics everything about them. Would I shoot any better absolutely not but lets face it if you can afford to spend that much on a gun you have no money problems and probably drive the overfinch range rover as well unless i win the lotto though i will just have to stick with a very ordinary looking beretta and my nissan xtrail
