Got back late last night from BUPA after the operartion. Its now 4am and just had to take the 3rd lot of pain killers. I'm in ******* agony :D:lol::lol:

I had a large lump removed from under the tendon on a metatarsal bone. It was causing considerable pain before it was removed so hopefully this op should have down the trick

Hi,

I had an op a few months ago and it had a few complications. Now is the time to make relatives feel sorry for you and send them out to buy Shooting Times, The Field, Airgun World etc  I got this and an S410k so i'm not complaining despite my ear being in agony for a week after a myringoplasty?. :<

Good luck recovering. :D I know how it feels.

Jonno, i've had more than my fair share of op's and the brain still aint working right :D Seriously though, after my bike accident I took Arnica 22. It was reccomended to me by a friend and it works very well. You should find it in a health food shop like Holland & Barratt. Trust me it works really well.

Regards,

Axe.

youll be right, jonno. but if you need someone to do your shoots mate just ask.

Mark

I've been invited up to Scotland to shoot Red Deer, Roe and Sika by a professional stalker on an estate free of charge. What they are trying to do is encourage new people into stalking

I have never been staliking before, just need to pay for B&B

This foot op has set me back a bit but I should be up and about in another week

Praise the lord for Sky tv and the internet :D

jonno..i sympathise mate...over the years i have had 7 broken ankles ( plus 8 others ,wrists and fingers)they wanted to put pins through my ankles on the last one, i though b@@@@@ks to that coz i had already spent 32 weeks in and out of plaster that year... a constant supply of cold Tennant Supers and hot toddy's soothed away the pain :D

18 months ago I had a cruciate reconstruction in my left knee. Woke up from the op and had to squeeze my leg to make sure it was still there. I had a morphine button to give pain relief. Home the next day and 10 days later I was off crutches and doing physio for 3 months. I does heal quickly.

hope it feels better soon.
