Piebob
5% of £53 is £2.65!!! Hardly worth moaning bout it is it! True, it's not a massive amount but the terms are meant to be: "The discount rate is 5% off orders up to £100 and 10% off orders of £100 and over." - and the quoted bit is from this site. Cranfield
billytheghillie, I will telephone them tomorrow and get back to you. As far as we are aware there has been no alteration in the discount.
billytheghillie
thanks cranfield, as others have said its not massive discount but it is the principle. 2 weeks ago i purchased a net and 2 hypa-flap decoys and the women gave me discount. maybe a different woman on the phone today? jonno 357
Ermm If they spoke to you and said "no discount" then thats from the horses mouth Not very good. Glad I never used them and on the strength of this episode would you recommend them ?
Sprinter
5% of £53 is £2.65!!! Hardly worth moaning bout it is it! Well personally i would moan, I would guess it would be the main reason for my purchase ie they turn out cheaper than elsewhere but then suddenly are more expensive. On the other hand it is about 1 1/3 pints in my local watering hole, so definately of more importance in my pocket.

utectok
Waiting on my order hide poles and a couple of Hyper flaps just emailed about my discount we will see!
Cranfield
I have spoken to UKShootwarehouse and the current discount of 5% on orders up to £100 and 10% on orders over a £100 still stands. The comment made to billytheghillie was incorrect. UKSW do not take payment before the order is despatched (unlike some other online Suppliers ), so billytheghillie will get his discount adjusted before he gets the goods ( as I am sure utectok will). UKShootwarehouse have helped support Pigeon Watch with their advertising for some time and we appreciate that. The members discount was also their idea and not something we asked for. starlight32
Forum members should'nt be so quick to knock shootwarehouse. In all the 20 odd years I have been buying pigeon shooting kit they have always come out on top, and in the unlikely event of the odd breakage they just sort you out with a replacement part FOC. Plus there prices are reasonable, especially when you see home made stuff on ebay for more money than what they charge. There are alot of people playing at this decoying equipment supply and believe me I have bought from all of them, and the majority of the time it ain't up to much.
