Look at your English grammar you "bell end"! Blimey, and you think your safe with a gun? Can you actually read properly enough to understand any instructions? Your education suggests you shouldn't be anywhere near a gun!!! "" I think he did it for the challenge and a laugh, either way he shot the target and it didn't suffer or escape with a wound, unlike many shooter's I have met! Could you do any better? When you consider how small the target was, he is a good shot. And I would rather he was on my side in a war than YOU! I also think it is distasteful of you to say "Its a shame it didint ricoshae and hit him strait between the eye's and doo the world a faver". This is not the way to behave by wishing someone injury! Once again your lack of intelligence shows your capability as a human! Edited November 29, 2010 by Rustyoldbarrells

Unfortunately if someone posts such a clip it is likely to generate a varied response. Unfortunately this kind of film is sought after by the various anti's throughout the UK and become another round up there chamber when it comes to the gun law debate. I am all for people having the right to do what they want in their own homes, however when they post such activities they are leaving themselves open to all kinds of responses. I also think that in doing so they should take the negative replies on the chin, free speech and all that. I also have to say that I am impressed with the way that you can make an assessment of some ones intelligence, there level of education and said persons suitability to handle a gun just by the way in which they post a reply on a forum. That is amazing, well done. By the way I don’t think that the statement about hitting him between the eyes was meant as such, I would put it down to forum banter. So pleez diny get xited aboot it, it is aw ment in the best intenshons. Oops, sory slipd in to txt typing m8t. Regards, Jimmy

Rustyoldbarrells
Hello Jimmy, I am not upset, more amazed by the comment being allowed, I monitor comments on two similar sites and indeed would have pulled this one.Yes your right in much of your response to my comment. I can indeed judge someones intelligence just as we all can based upon grammar and content. If one writes a comment in such a fashion, then they too should expect an advisory response. How they then intepret that response is down to them! I am all for forum banter, but, it should be at least spelt correctly and not have such content as to wish ill upon people. Freedom of speech is a fine thing! Please tell me when did we last had that in the UK? All manner of responses should be welcomed on any subject, but this site would be shut down within hours if any members were to insult certain religious groups within the UK using the same language! As for gun law debates, then once again the comment drags us into a potential issue that could lower the status of this website much faster than some bloke shooting a spider would do! Indeed, text typing as you call it. I would rather not stoop to the Americanised lazy English that seems to have crossed the Atlantic. It's such a shame Morse Code has been concined to the history books. There would be no trashy text language spoiling our mother tongue! Kind regards, William. Rustyoldbarrells
 The "unexpected rantometer" is pushing a solid 9.5 No, I just think people should be careful how they word comments. It's not the same as speaking out of turn, because, one can review ones comment before posting it!
Rustyoldbarrells
I think we have found the phantom spider killer. Sorry, but you won't become a detective with that deduction! You need to look at YouTube for the answer.
Rustyoldbarrells
My thoughts to on reading this "rant from the blue" only someone who had done this dastardly deed would leep of the deep end with that sort of reply, the phantom spider killer has been found. You need to take a holiday Doc, is the pressure of the recession affecting your ability to interpret a comment I wonder? Seriously now, your wrong! I didn't leap to anyone's defence, I would charge for that service. I suggest you re-read the comment and you will see that there is no "defence" merely a correctional statement! And as for "rant out of the blue", well where else would it come from? Are you telling me you can see comments coming onto this forum through a crystal ball? Yes, as you rightly observe I am "new" to this website. But this particular thread, including the embedded video had me laughing such a lot. That was until I read the offending comment! I might add, if such a comment was made in a place of work, the consequences for the speaker of such content could be serious. In case your not aware of the new "Equality Act 2010", I direct you to view it very carefully indeed!
