4slices of extra thick toast this morning 7am

 

ginsters sausage roll and ginsters cornish pasty for lunch 11.30am

 

inch thick slice of soreen with an inch thick covering of butter...had 7 slices (between 12 and 3pm)

 

Just cracked open a pack of maryland cookies, they will be gone within minutes

 

bring on shepherds pie at tea time

 

EDIT

i eat lots everyday of the week when its cold

i am 5'10

weigh just under 10stone and havent put on a pound or lost a pound in 2 years now

i have been to docs :good:

taken blood and alsorts :(

 

he suspects diabetes

if i dont eat, i shake alot :/

 

But i never have a problem if i eat lots of sugary foods, which is what i always thort was bad for diabetics

 

will know soon enough though
