shot shot
If you lot can still face the smell of food in the mornings you simply aren't drinking enough! I attempted last nights pizza this morning, one bite and the wave of nausea near put me on my ***
figgy
Diaralyte them electrolyte sachets and a couple of paracetamol with a large glass of water. If that doesn't work you really are in a bad way and only more drink and a slow come down will do it, that's of you can get any drink back in. Peppergun
Pint of water, 2 paracetamol, back to bed for another hour or two, wake up cooked breakfast, perfect. Ahhh, a man after my own heart, but do it the night before! Edited December 23, 2011 by Peppergun
wildfowler.250
If I'm hungover I genuinely can't eat before 3pm and 6pm is more likely. Wake up -> water -> back to bed. (repeat as necessary). I seriously wish I'd gone into medicine so I could attach an IV drip when I got in after a night out :yp:

If you've done a proper rock and roller nothing can shift your hangover for at least 24 hrs. I try and avoid hangovers at all costs now. The morning after seems to revolve me mentally replaying all the epic fails I've had over the years. Nichts gut. I'd rather go easy now. pg123
2 or 3 pints of water drank slowly, 2 pain killing tablets and a slice of toast for the stomach acid to attack is the quickest one I have found. Tried most of the others around, but my favorate when younger/single was always a double bennie downed in one
escortmagnum999
water, tablets and then get outside for a blast on the quad, sitting around with a hangover makes me feel worse!
gixer1
Pint of water, 2 paracetamol, back to bed for another hour or two, wake up cooked breakfast, perfect. Yup...this is my procedure too...although they need to be 500mg tablets and I add a 200mg ibuprofen too...was told by a doctor friend - take 1000mg of paracetamol to kill pain and 200-400mg ibuprofen to reduce any swelling or inflammation. Regards, Gixer
Thunderbird
Yes they can both be taken at the same time but still within recommended doses.
