yickdaz
i couldn,t get on the laptop last night the mains power cable decided to pack in and battery was flat it was a last min bag after trawling round about 6 farms found birds on all of them but not in any numbers also birds were flying high over our perms and heading to other stubbles in the area, bit of drilling gone in and loads of stubbles still left so choice is endless for them at the min, on the way back home we thought we would have one last look at a few stubbles , and it paid off we turned up and 2 barley stubble fields were covered with them we could see there was a lot on the ground but when we drove on one of the fields it took our breath away the amount that lifted off must off been a 1000 didn,t waste any time setting up after kicking ourselves and agreeing we should of been here earlier in the day as it was 2pm by now and 2.20pm when we set up knew we had at least 2 hours shooting and thats exactly what we got they just dried up by 4.20pm so packed up with 50 picked nice end to what we thought was going to be a dissapointing day Edited October 8, 2012 by yickdaz

pigeon controller
Well done , you kept looking and found them in the end and you achieved the desired result. People say that we shoot in an area loaded with pigeons , you say that you have loads of stubble and approx 1,000 birds so make the most of it while it lasts .
