Have you had your flu jab?

Its only a little pin type scratch feeling, as long as your not allergic to eggs you will be ok.

It's not the actual needle that puts me off, it's the fact that almost everyone I know who's had it has been laid up for a week or 2 afterwards with flu. Seems to defeat the object!

The flu jab contains several strains of flu which are determined by WHO and the DoH over the summer based on worldwide epidemiology. So with regard to a UK GP not knowing which to give is rubbish, he also gets paid to do it and has to do a percentage of the target population to meet NHS targets.

Some patients can get mild cold symptoms over the days following the jab as the body develops the immune response to the much more severe flu virus.

Having mine tomorrow at Sainsbury £8

Just have too sit in their cafe and have a cream cake afterwards to numb the pain( now you don't get that at the Doctors )

I work in care and some of my clients are too ill

to have it done themselfs

plus my mum cannot come into contact with any illness what so ever

So i have the jab instead

Did try Asda as that's where I go most years

fully booked up untill the middle of next month !!!
