Paul taylor
That's what I work, loads o free time but the 2day 2nights messes with the old body prefer it to 5days an only sat sun to myself though
Chris Bb
I switch between days nd nights which I think makes it worse 2 days 2 nights 4 off (12 hr shifts) I managed one year of that shift pattern then chucked the job. It wasn't just the hours, the people I had to work with were a bunch of ********* as well. Being physically sick on your way in to work is nature's way of telling you it's time to move on. Finally coming off them soon, and I reckon i'll begin to feel much better Surely can't be good for you?! If/when I have to do nights it takes me about a week to recover. No use on a 2+2.
