timmy1146
Looking for places that do solid slug ammo, preferably in the south east. Rough price would be handy as well. Cheers

mowdy
I use S&B 1oz slugs which cost me last time I bought any £20 per 25 .11/8 oz slugs cost a bit more though . CBC slugs are ok if you can find a supplier for them and they used to be cheaper to buy . I tend to buy my slug ammo when I go over to France now as there is a greater choice of types/Makes over there.

aris
If you look on youtube, slugs are one of the easiest rounds to make from scratch - even if casting your own slug.
mowdy
holy moley ! buy reloading gear ! i`m having palpitations at that cost ! Slug ammo is cheap compared to other large calibre factory Fac ammo, I use slugs for hunting not for target/practical shotgun so only need 20-30 rounds a year Max . timmy1146
Easy to make. Don't wax up the barrel and pretty accurate for what they are. Obviously not intended to replace solid lead slugs but their just some cheap fun rounds
Field Shooter
I bought my last lot from Essex Gun "Geco Coated Compertition Slug" 12g in 26g 15/16oz for aprox £12 per 25 not a bad price but I will be looking to cast and load slug and solid ball in the future as I have just started reloading myself for PSG. Blunderbust
Ive never shot wax slugs, have always fancied a day on driven wood worm though It is a fantastic day out but don't take shelter behind a tree as they drill right through them, admittedly you do have to stand a while though.
