Blunderbuss
Well actually just finished! But, on again at 21:00 on channel 4 +1. River Cottage to the core. I'm away from home at the mo and the Mrs phoned me to let me know it was on, then talked all the way through it so I missed it! So I'll watch again at 9. Shooting over stubble then cooking it in the field. Only a brief slot, but good old HFW does a lot to promote the benefits of kill it, cook it, eat it to the tesco shopping masses. Good shot?
How bad of a shot was he Makes me look good at least. I agree with other poster about safety isssues when two guns in a hide, my mate and I take it in turns to shoot if sharing a hide, also gives us a chance to laugh at the others misses and appreciate the occasional good shots of course. -Mongrel-
Nobody but shooters would pick up on the potential safety aspect and as far as I'm concerned, ANYTHING that shows shooting to the general public in a positive light HAS to be a good thing. I quite enjoyed it, particularly the first 5 shots...for no pigeons! Was it me or did one of them stick his finger down the end of the semi auto to check the choke tightness?
