lord_seagrave
Groves still sounds quick and eager, he's making good contact. Froch tiring?

Gordon R
Ref stopped fight - Froch wins. Groves was under a bit of pressure, but where did that come from. Unbelievable.

Longchalk
Fight stopped too early...But probably only by 10 seconds or so. Groves was on the way out. Worst fight I've seen from Froch by far, but at the end of the day he's farkarking tough!
novice cushie shooter
Dont think you can have standing counts in pro boxing pb. Dave the judges only had groves ahead by 1 round im sure crazy i know. Groves was immense and will take far more plaudits than the biteless cobra if not his titles. Very very poor reffing. Gordon R
Groves came out with an enhanced reputation, whereas Froch has been tarnished - even though it was not his decision. His after the fight comments were patronising garbage. Groves, on the other hand, came across as honest and sincere.

Spot on fella. 2 judges had him by one round and the 3rd had him by four i think which was more like it.The ref could and should have at least given Groves the benefit of an 8 count. Same as every other fight hes had that hasnt went to plan, never really gives the other fella proper dues and Groves really deserves it. Malik
Groves walked in being boo'd and left with the respect of everyone. An enormous triumph, even though the match was stopped prematurely. The score cards say it all.

Browning 425 clay hunter
I thought he stopped it because groves was turning away from froch giving him 'free shots'. I was very impressed with groves ability and aggressive style. But apart from the first round froch was just walking through his punches although offering little response. Froch looked stunned for the first 5/6 rounds but groves was finished by the 8th. The knockout from froch was coming. Real shame the ref stopped it because up till then it's one of the best fights I've seen in years. Definitely needs a rematch in the future. SuperGoose75
What a great fight lastnight' and Groves give Froch a boxing lesson and like the majority of people I think the fight was stopped to soon. Credit to froch in the respect he took some big shots that would have put other man away' he can take some punishment no doubt about that. Apart from the joke of the score cards having Froch only one behind' The judges must have been watching another fight..!! i think groves corner should have had the opinion the fight was in the bag and told their fighter to coast the final few rounds and stay away from Froch' knowing how he can be dangerous until the final bell rings. Froch is a Warrior' but for me that fight showed his time left in the ring is limited and i woulnt be surprised if he announces his retirement soon. He beat kessler who was technically a better boxer with his warrior approach and granite Chin' Ward is different class and if they got it on gain Ward would no doubt retire him in the ring. Im not a froch fan but fair dues for offering Groves a rematch' which he fully deserves. Watching last night it reminded me of Rocky 4..Getting booed coming into the ring but earning the respect of the crowd to Get cheered out of it. Brilliant fight.
