Actionpigeons
Myself and PW member Hawk4Sport decided to have a day on some rape stubble. We arrived at the field at about 9.00am and put a good number of birds off. We set up and had some steady shooting up until the rain set in again at 2.30pm so we packed up. I think Hawk4Sport maybe in the market for a semi automatic that fires more than three shots….oh we said we would not talk about that pigeon you missed…. He did redeem himself with a nice left and right Pictures will tell the story far better than me. 06,02,14.

hawk4sport
Thanks for that reminder john, i might be in the market for a new gun mate your right BUT you should also be on the lookout for a calculator as your counting was S##T as usual mind you it is a long time since you went to school, but thanks for a good few hours out again, really enjoyed the banter and p##s taking, it would,nt be half as enjoyable without it

hawk4sport
42 in in total 33 woodies and 9 ferals, surprisingly the woodies decoyed better than the ferals coming right in and actually comitting to the pattern which at the beginning was 6 fuds, 1 turbo flapper and 1 floater which was positioned well back from the pattern and then the dead birds added as we went along. Nice when it all comes together especially at this time of year

JDog
Was it the rape regrowth that the pigeons were feeding on? If it was I had better get out tomorrow and have a look as I know where there is 60 acres of the stuff.
