A1Decoy
Hello, As said on the phone earlier, we simply cannot send the items you ordered by post (Royal Mail)as they are far to large, so they were sent by 48 hour courier. I am sorry that they will not be with you until Monday. If i had realized that you needed them so desperatly BEFORE they were sent i would have upgraded the delivery service. But i am very sorry to say there is nothing that i can do now to speed it up. My apologies for this. Kind regards Oscar

Always plan well in advance sometimes carriage goes wrong but I think if your honest with yourself it was always going to be touch and go on that schedule. oscarsdad
My FUDs from ebay have gone missing, I don't doubt for one second that is anything other than the fault of Royal Mail...A1 have been very good and after waiting the required amount of time for RM to have lost stuff they will be sending me some more when they are back in stock. Sadly, I think Royal Mail must cost businesses in the UK a fortune in lost items...they have even managed to lose a beach rod I sent by the them a few years ago...it was in a huge 8ft long tube but they still lost it! If you had needed them urgently then RM is not reliable enough to assume they will turn up... Edited March 14, 2014 by oscarsdad
Penelope
The RM don't loose stuff, well not in the true sense of loosing stuff, it sort of walks off on it's own accord. superspark
Waiting for items to arrive from anywhere can be hit and miss. Friends of mine have in the past paid extra for next day delivery but still have not received them in time. Best advice I would give would be to order in plenty of time so to save on disappointment. I have bought many items from A1 Decoys and to be fair to them they have never let me down. Edited March 14, 2014 by superspark
Joe D
I reckon the lesson here is don't pay extra for quick delivery as it doesn't seem to exist and order well enough in advance. I think A1 decoys response is pretty fair, I live across the pond and have not been let down yet.
bazzab
Sorry mate but think you was a bit silly assuming they would arrive that soon. Understand you were told that but still. Sorry bud just my opinion. A1 reply fare I think. Times I've dealt with them they've been bang on.

Kind regards Oscar 1st, is i was charged for a service which i didn't got, and despite placing the order in the morning, the items were dispached only the next day. 2nd, if the parcel was to big,why no one adivsed me the parcel will be sent by courier? I would hapilly pay for another faster service. Not impressed... Sorry mate but think you was a bit silly assuming they would arrive that soon. Understand you were told that but still. A1Decoy
Hello, You were charged £7.99. Which is our standard box charge. The reason you are under the impression they where being sent by Royal Mail is because our website cannot calculate the size of things, so it came up as Royal Mail. As said before it was too big for Royal Mail. My apoloigies you were not informed of this. And as for the dispatch time, all orders are sent out within 1 working day of the sale which yours was. Sometimes (if we are not too busy) we can get them out on the same day. Hope this answers your questions. Kind regards, Oscar

A1Decoy
How can RM turn and say to you,, First class is not lost till after 15 days, why bother with first class then. Unfortuantely they can be a right pain at times. They will not let us file a lost claim until; 15 working days - 2nd class 10 working days - 1st class Nightmare. Although, sometimes things sent first class actually do turn up weeks later! Oscar Edited March 14, 2014 by Oscar@A1

Christopher Polumbos
I never send my stuff out via Royal Mail. I use Either Myhermes. or Parcel Monkey. a much more personal service, and they collect from mine...and theyr'e cheaper than RM.!
