snipers eye
hi all, does changing the trigger spring on a cz 455 hmr, really make a difference to accuracy?if so,how?reason for asking,is i changed mine some time ago,but a mate did not,and we both get much the same results on groups, same guns, scopes, ammo, just wondering
fendrover90
Knibbled a couple of turns off the spring on my 455 and it's as good as any after market trigger kit it's now got a crisp 1.75lb break bit light for some maybe but fine for me off the wing mirror or bench rest
farmshooter
It depends how you shoot, i did a trigger kit on mine, i just find i get less pull so less likly to pull the gun of target etc, but i think unless you are bench shooting you will not see much diffrence, also it depends what you like, some like a heavyer pull etc some like lighter, just makes my gun a bit more user friendly mine is 2.5lb break and that is perfect for me, and matches my other guns Fs

welshwarrior
Trigger kit is a great mod on the CZ Brno triggers well worth doing.
jimmyb79
There are a few videos on YouTube on how to do it. Really easy, just need a trigger kit and a punch to knock some pins out.
samboy
As above, a trigger kit and a punch.

wildfowler.250
Put an Eric brooks kit on mine. Massive difference on the gun for little cost. Trigger breaks very light now
steve_b_wales
I fitted the middle spring on mine, from a YoDave kit I bought via Ebay. It made the trigger much better.

malantone
It depends how you shoot, i did a trigger kit on mine, i just find i get less pull so less likly to pull the gun of target etc, What is all this pulling the trigger, the Army taught me to squeeze the trigger so it never moves off target, heavy trigger stronger squeeze, light trigger easier to squeeze, all depends how long before it goes bang.
