Lucky
I take it you would have to space out the plate in such a way that the spacing becomes illegal and an MOT failiure I have benn pulled a coiuple of time for this Colin

NorfolkBoy
Interesting that the market for these in the UK is so consistently strong. Over here in the Land of the Loon you can walk into the local department of motor vehicles spend $250 and walk out with what you want (within reason) in the way of a reg. no. Few do though I liked that tip in Viz years ago - simply change your name by deed poll to match your car reg. no.

Poacher
I'd say no, firstly i can't understand why you'd want your name on the front and back of your car? It only means something to you and those who know you, so it won't boost your ego on the motorway for example because unless your famous no-one knows your name... Put that 2-3k to the new car and then people will look, once you've got their attention then you can get the plates 2-3K seems to be very expensive for something that it soo personalised afterall your surname isn't very common. No go

JohnGalway
Can't see the point of it myself Not having a go or anything but it does seem like a lot of money for something that's pretty useless IMO. Like Poacher said spend it on the new wheels or something shooting related even. If you do go for it I hope you enjoy it though
Millomite
That's the thing I'm on about, I'm not going to. SNAKEBITE
I look at personalised plates and think "****". It is really funny when the person has tried to make other digits look like other letters, and spaced it all out. Why don't the police stop them and fine them on the spot? Could make more money than speed cameras! I wanted to get a pesonalised plate(H3NRY) but I couldn`t afford that ammount of money so I changed my name to P46USR. I like that, I'm not dragging you down to my level of humour am I?

Mungler
I have had a couple and have a couple. My faves that I have had are: 69 WKR B11 SHT The missus wouldn't let me buy: A1 CNT or B16 CNT Dunno why. In my books the more abusive they are the better. Always get a grin.
