Reeceknight
well got sick of propping the gun up or laying it down so I decided at work to find myself some super light weight MOD material and knock up some super strong and light gun stands for the hide. Took me 20 mins each and saved buying some!

wymberley
Tasty, but for the hide a couple of old trip flare pickets with some padding on the top 'hook' and the others removed still takes some beating - can't knock them over. BattleFieldRelics
What happens when you sell one and a gun falls down and goes off? Heavy blame / compensation culture out there.

Cranfield
Some plastic/rubber round the top bracket (I hate metal on metal) and a "foot " for the butt (keeps it out of the mud) and it looks a neat piece of kit. I am moving the thread to DIY section, leaving a link in Pigeon Shooting Equipment, just to get a wider audience.
jayDT10
What happens when you sell one and a gun falls down and goes off? Heavy blame / compensation culture out there. I can't see how the stand would be at fault. If anything the gun manufacturer would be more to blame as a gun should only go off when the trigger is pulled rather than on impact.
