Very nice indeed. I love the lack of pressure, the waving carefree tail, looseness, total lack of tension or misunderstanding and the all consuming enjoyment in what he's doing. Brilliant timing as in you making him wait just long enough to learn to be a bit steady...but never for so long as pup gets frustrated or fed up or God forbid makes a noise. Gentle, quiet cues, superb body language, no grabbing, rushing or insistence upon being anything other than a pup having fun. Not an expert or even what I'd call a good trainer myself but very impressed indeed Lee.

I don't know..... I could show you but don't know how to type it. I guess I train for the behaviour I want and avoid the behaviour I don't.

 

Sorry if thats not helpful at all. I'd love to help but don't know how to type it without writing the generic dog training methods that have already been said in countless books, dvds and forum topics. Whilst they are all helpful and very good sometimes it's not always as straight forward as it's written.
