if you read what i have written its the people who UKIP attract that i find unattractive eg the punter kicked out today the racist element, i have never said i don't have sympathy with "some" UKIP policy positions like an Australian points based immigration system, NHS tourism, changing foreign aid, i can get behind these.

Think you need to read this,

its an unfortunate truth UKIP supporters cant escape, they are just the BNP with window dressing,

its the home for racism

I have read what you said - it's above. It bears no relation to what you are now saying.

I think it probably fair to suggest that a proportion of the BNP supporters have moved allegiance to UKIP, that isn't saying UKIP are a racist party, but they will by their nature attract more of the nationalist 'send 'em back' brigade that have deserted the BNP in recent years.

I have no idea who to vote for, its a two horse race between SNP and Labour there is no UKIP candidate, cons are polled at 4%, Liberals are less

:unhappy: not good IG, hobsons choice, 2 choices, write none of the above (spoil the paper) or vote con/lib whichever your preference

Very similar in my ward too IG and I genuinely can't bring myself to vote for either of SNP or Labour in this election. I don't want Labour in power and voting for SNP is against everything that I believe in.

I hope I help the Tory candidate get the deposit back if nothing else. Last time I helped the Lib Dem chap

That is a fair shout I think. Similar reason as to why PC, SNP & Greens are getting more of the hard left wing vote too, they are the best options for those that favour that ideology. Much of the hard right will opt for UKIP for similar reasons, they think they best represent their extreme views.

Your posts grow more bizarre and contradictory by the day. You say this after claiming Farages initials stand for National Front?

You and FM should be a double act; Mike hallucinates about UKIP candidates entering his house and you seem to not know what you're saying from one day to the next.

It is very convenient and extremely easy to cherry pick points which show a political party or candidate in a bad light while deliberately ignoring those of the ones your agenda favours, and Mikes in particular have taken on a hint of desperation as time goes on.

Not long now...don't forget to vote. I'll be down there at 0700 sharp.

That last sentence is a really good example of the best of UKIP, they really seem to have energised and mobilised some voters. I suspect the other parties would sell a kidney to harness just a fraction of the ukip Chutzpa.

The world will keep on turning.

true, but i doubt he will keep his word and quit the moneys to good, personally i wouldn't want him to quit ukips been good for two things in my book they have been good for upsetting the other partys and thats never a bad thing and i find nigel fararge very amusing would almost be a shame if he went but if he did go i doubt ukip would survive it as they will never get another nigel from the shower of candidates they seem to have. its fair to say he's a one off.

I like to think he would keep his word, (hopefully he won't have to :good: ) He's still a MEP though, but I think if he resigned as party leader he would step down from that as well

Not sure what that has got to do with my post but thanks, it was interesting if a little biased.

Here's what I was talking about and it appears Nigel agrees with me:

It makes sense when you read the whole post, but typical huffpost with sensationalised headline,i think they have run an anti ukip story every day since the election campaign started, they even made a story up one day when they had nothing else.

he'd probably be a better leader than cameron but then probably most people would

I don't think Cameron has done a bad job bearing in mind what he inherited and the fact that he is in Coalition.

I can't see what he could have done differently.

Wherever your allegiance lies there's no denying that the cake that Cameron has made, with the ingredients he was left, is nothing short of miraculous.

Opposition will refute this of course. I would expect them to, but anyone who has any semblance of knowledge of political economics would know this is the case.
