viking
Coming along nicely. Some good work being done by you can't wait for the next installment. cheers mate, ill keep it moving steadily along Top job there lee ..........im having a bit of time off at the moment as i dont feel too sharp....so im relying on you to fill the gap which you are..... cheers ditchie, i noticed you hadn't done much recently but im sure you will be full steam ahead in no time iv had the last couple of days off work resting my ribs but its hard sat about doing nothing when theres so much to do, light duties only at the moment but it still all needs doing, looking to sort inside of the bonnet out tomorrow as it had loads of the old matting/sound proofing stuck to it so brushed some thinners on it today so i can wire bruch it and sand it down tomorrow, not sure if to take the inside frame out or not, only held in by rivets so im thinking i will . . . . and iv come to the conclusion that the camera on my iphone 6 is not all that good, unless im doing something wrong
ditchman
when you redo the soundprooffing ......BE AWARE...DO NOT USE CHEAP SPRAY ON CARPET GLUE....it gives up the ghost after a month or so...go for the proper stuff.........sound pads are not cheap either...!! hodge911
cant tell really but looks like you,ve got fish eyes normally caused by silicone type particles either still on the tank or in the air .........wd40 and the likes are terrible for causing them so if you used that type of stuff in the garage prior to painting would be my guess
viking
well i did actually spray a bit of turps through the nozzle cos it was properly clean so some of that might of landed on it or been in the nozzle,i guess ill have to sand it down again in affected areas and re do, cheers mate
Lord O War
That's a top job you are doing there. I have a Series 3 swb station wagon that I am doing up at the moment, It's almost stripped down to a bare chassis that I will be replacing with a galvo one. I hate working under my car and now you have made it worse! lol
