kent
Super bargain then side by sides do tend towards flat shooting via design

marsh man
Well done on your first goose and I hope its the first of many more to come . I am a massive fan of s x s , always have been and still am , we hear about bolts jamming and different things going wrong with these modern day autos , but I can honestly say of over 50 years of shooting, where some years I have fired over 5000 shells I can count the problems on one hand that have gone wrong with the different guns I have had , mainly the odd top lever spring and firing pin . All my guns have been second hand when I bought them and I have left the chokes as they are until they were scraped , and not one of them owe me a penny . Scottish wildfowler
You are missing the point .they come up north .walk out In Front of other guns .fire ridiculous shots at super high birds .and spook all birds.leave a week later for all the local guns to be left with nothing there. So if you are welcoming that on to ure foreshore you need a reality check

shakin stevens
sounds like Connon bridge or nigg bay, just wish folk wouldn't chase them on the roosts at night, I can see where you are coming from, but they is plenty of folk at it not just English boys on holiday . shakin stevens
It's rare I post on here, but do read the posts, generally the wildfowling chaps on here are good guys. So welcome to the forum Scottish wildfowler!! its frustrating to see when chaps do turn up mob handed up north I've seen it several times, and it makes for a long week! by day 3 most of the geese are roosting on the locks out the way, and I can understand it's hard for the locals when Saturday comes and the shores are a ghost town ! I'm up your way on the 31st, hope I see a few birds and get a few in the bag.
