djgeoff
i have decided to part with my second hand beretta urika and go for a new auto. but before i decide i was wondering what your choices would be and why out of the three i have in mind. 1. beretta a400 ( non kick off) 2. Franchi Affinity One 3. Benelli M2 thanks in advance regards geoff

Scully
Of those, the Benelli M2. Have shot both the A400 and the M2. The latter is much more well balanced and just simply nice to shoot.
fenboy
I would keep what you have , its better than all of them.
BrowningDJC
I would rather have the urika you have already got.
djgeoff
um that's interesting that stay with the one i have, real reason for change it has this annoying habit of not cycling cart now and again. might be worth taking to gun smith and ask them to give it a general service and mention the problem, might be cheaper in the long run too

Other than that they're the best auto out there. Get it sorted and keep it.

djgeoff
Any auto can fail to feed or cycle now and again , what is the exact issue , the new cartridge not feeding in or the empty not ejecting ? hi fenboy it new entering chamber its seems to lodge itself at a weird angle, quick tap of cart with another cart from pocket and it goes in. i have read up on forum and on here about the carrier and done what was suggested, seemed to work for a while then started up again sometimes i even have probs trying to get new cart in mag tube now. so i thought give it to some one who know if it needs new then do it, as quite a few on this forum favor the gun. just racks me off when you get the chance of a pair or even three and naff happens after 1st shot
fenboy
Sounds like the carrier may be twisted its fairly common on them , with the mag tube take the cap off it , push the tiny pin in and it screws off take the spring out clean and lightly lube it flush the tube out with some wd40 or such like it is amazing how much crud gets in it , that will also improve feeding. Paul T
Yep, definitely keep the Urika and get the carrier sorted. It would have to be an exceptional gun to warrant swapping mine!
Harnser
Urika 2 . With the self cleaning piston and kick off . Unbeatable . Harnser
