Yes I see Carney has said a Brexit could lead to a recession in the UK.

Well, I guess if the EU keep on expanding along Russia's eastern and southern borders we could end up with another cold war, or worse.

'Could' is a bit of a non word really, don't you think?

If it is going to be as bad as they make out if we come out what fool let us have a vote on it in the first place.

As I see it for as long as we have been in the EU we have never really wanted to get involved with it most of our EUMPs are UKIP so what is the point in being in a club that all that we ever seem to do is disagree with everything that they want to do surely it will be better for both them and us if we get out and do our own thing.

I think we are watching a puppet show with Cameron pulling on the strings. Carney is not allowed to make political statements so sailing pretty close to the wind there. I'm sure he's safe though.

I will make a prediction, Brexit will definitely result in a recession, we know that it will. The pound, the FTSE, house prices in London, foreign investment etc will all drop instantly when the announcement is made. You would have to be very stupid not to see that coming. But it will recover after the initial dip.

So no **** Sherlock! did you work that out all by yourself or did Dave put you up to it?

Tomorrow's stop press government statement.

Brexit WILL have immediate & catastrophic results.

Detailed research by Professor "Chick" N. Little has confirmed that the sky will fall in....

His full study is available in the monthly Flat Earth Society bulletin.

As said VW + Nissan shares fell on the announcement of news the same here will happen, all these people will be mega rich as if all is so certain they have put their life savings on it I would guess. So strange they did not spot the first one happening !!!!!

As Gino D'Campo says, "If my Granny had wheels she'd be a bicycle"!!

Money drives politics, not the other way round.

It's amazing how, during the last recession, the incomes of the richest at the top increased by 14%.

The 'money men' will make sure the money keeps turning over and if there were greater tax-free profits to be made elsewhere then they'd already be pulling their money out.

The Establishment, represented in this case by Carney, favours the status quo.

Just because the majority votes for a Brexit doesn't mean it will happen and even if it does it will not be immediate or even close.

Brexit would have FAR more dire consequences for Continental members than for us; hence Obama's lame cameo.

The Remain camp are campaigning on the negatives of leaving, not the positives of staying; because there aren't many.

Time to press the reset button on our membership so that we can roll back some of the EU madness and have an arrangement that works for us.
