la bala
Since i have started using the Winchester 42gr subs in my CZ 452, quite a few empty cases seem reluctant to leave the extractor claws. I have to pull the bolt back much harder than when i used 40gr. I dont know if the rims are slightly thicker, any of you boys getting this. team tractor
I've just given 3 boxes away because they were sticking in the chamber in my Brno . Cleaned it and still stuck.
reggiegun
I've just given 3 boxes away because they were sticking in the chamber in my Brno . Cleaned it and still stuck. I've used Winnie subs for donkeys years. But lately I have had loads of trouble with them. Trying CCI subs at the moment accurate, but they seem to not expand very much. Trying to my hands on some eley.
Walker570
I stocked to my max allowance many moons ago and don't use a lot. When I do something normally dies. In my Marlin 880 I have never had an ejection problem with any product. I do like the 40gr Winchesters, they have proved to be very reliable. I AM sure I don't need to warn you guys about mixing boxes. I had two youngsters out lamping rabbits one night and we had a situation where we had onehit...one hit....one miss....one miss ....one miss....one hit..one miss and so forth. I then shot their rifle at a fixed target and found that I was getting a variation of over three inches vertically. I filled a clip with my Winchesters and they all went through the same hole. YEP! your way ahead of me. They had tipped a number of boxes into a leather pouch, thinking that would be easier to access and of course they got a variation in load and no way to sort one from the other. Resulted in about 250 being scrap.

Alpha Mule
Winnues (40s & 42s) run fine in my 452 Style, but CCI's are too tight. I actually had one go bang when I was trying to get the bolt all the way down. The rest went ta-tas.
