No wish to minimise it, but people injured or killed in road traffic incidents are rarely reported and far outweigh those involving firearms. I wonder why.

I understand what you are saying, but with a firearm you are more likely to be untending to cause harm. RTIs can happen in all manor of ways.

because the public expect that people will get hurt by cars, what they don't expect is people getting shot so it will always make the news. I bet in the states if three normle people not cops get shot, i bet that don't make the news there

Weapon not in legal possession according to latest police press release.

This is a small relief.

In a statement, police said the "provenance of the weapon used is an active line of enquiry".

Officers also said they could "confirm that the deceased was not a shotgun certificate or firearms licence holder".

As is usual in these type of cases all the neighbours say what a lovely man kind and helpful. Well I see none of that in anyone who can deprive his children of their mother and sister because of his selfishness.if it was as has been suggested he did this because of his marriage breaking up then it would lead me to believe he was more of a controlling person than anything else.street angel house devil.i hope the mother and daughter rest in peace and he suffers in the pit of hell for eternity.

If he wasn't a certificate holder then this suggests a degree of planning and premeditation. All over the breakup of his marriage it seem -so sad.

What rubbish, he might have been a bank robber and had it in the loft.

Some people should write fiction !

He was a delivery driver for a local builders merchants so could not have been a bank robber as the banks would have been closed by the time he finished work.😉
